Happy Birthday Mr. Cyrus Part 2

Our little Cyrus turned 4 years old last week. He is our little peace maker and people pleaser. He is a wonderful big brother to Kelsey and little brother to Emily. I love it when he tells me that I'm one of his best moms....not quite sure where the other moms are...definately not here cleaning the house. He allows Kelsey to crawl all over him and 99% of the time will give Emily what ever she wants. We love him and are so grateful that he is a part of our family.

Here are just a couple of pictures of his early years as well as those that attended his party.

What a fun party it was! I especially liked the cakes. Mr. Cy is a sweetheart. I'm glad he had more customers at this party.
Happy Birfday Cy Man! I forgot how scared he always looked back in the day. I mean... I don't believe that he would be scared of timid little Emily?!

Snug as a Bug in a Rug....

Kelsey is a bit of a wild sleeper. We usually find at least one appendage hanging (or stuck) out of the crib. The poor girl was REALLY stuck this time. She's asleep in this picture, but didn't sleep long once we started the routine to unstick those thighs.

Are we ready for Monday?....Bring it ON!!

What a Weekend!

With the beautiful weather this weekend, it was time to PLANT THE GARDEN. We started Friday night and finished up Saturday morning. Whew! I wish I could say the hardest part is behind us...but now we need to keep up on the weeding. YUCK! Oh well... (Strawberry Patch) (Vegetable Garden) Luckily we had lots of help from Kelsey and Cyrus...not quite sure was Emily is doing...but I'm sure it helped us get that garden in. We also took a trip north to Roy to celebrate cousin Conner's birthday party. It was a quick little trip, but we enjoyed some cake, jumping on the trampoline, and playing with Conner's new toys. On the way back, we decided to stop in at the local "after hours" doctor clinic. Cyrus had jumped out of our swing Friday afternoon and had been favoring his hand ever since. It looked a bit swollen so we thought we should probably have it checked out. SURPRISE! He had broken his wrist. He is now in a splint until the swelling goes down, then he gets a "r...
