Welcome To The Badger Den

Emily had her first birthday party for friends..and brother...and sister...and cousins...and of course grandma! We had lots of fun! You can't go wrong with a slip 'n slide and a pool! Happy Birthday Emily!!

A few days before Emily's 'friends' birthday party, she wrote and rehearsed a song she was going to sing at her party. Lucky for us, we've got a family full of talent. You will see that everyone was able to help out. Corban on the piano, Isabelle on choreography, and I haven't quite figured out how Cyrus and Adalyn played into this....any ideas? Enjoy!! Emily was able to be part of a dance camp this summer. It lasted 3 days with the final day used as an exhibition of her many talents. She learned some ballet, jazz, hula, and modern. She had a lot of fun. Here are some short clips for your enjoyment! WE LOVE DANCING!! Being the great stage mom, I forgot to grab her flip flops before the performance. She still did FANTASTIC!! Don't you agree? I didn't get it on tape, but Emily had a wardrope malfunction during this "fairy dance". She didn't let it bother her. She danced with only one wing....the show must go on!!
